The Dragon Girl’s Buddha Realm

Once there was a dragon girl so young and fair,
With scales so bright, her eyes shone like a pair,
Of diamonds in the sun, as she swam in the sea,
Her kin looked up to her, full of joy and glee.

One day, she heard of a wondrous, sacred place,
A realm where all could find happiness and grace,
So she set out on a quest, with heart so true,
To find this land and share it, just for her kin too.

She studied hard, the Lotus Sutra she learned,
And soon she found, her enlightenment had earned,
In an instant, she became a Buddha bright,
And opened up a realm, for her kin to see the light.

Her kin rejoiced, they swam and played with glee,
In this land of peace and happiness, so free,
And as they looked upon their dragon girl so wise,
They saw a shining Buddha, with compassion in her eyes.

So remember this, dear children, young and small,
That enlightenment is possible, for one and all,
With heart so true and dedication strong,
You too can find a realm, where you belong.
